From the structureto handing overthe keys.

We take your project from A to Z and hand it over fully built, finished and ready to live in. Whatever the size of your project, our expertise adapts to your needs.

Our projects

See all our work
  • White kitchen with peninsula and wine cabinet, oak niches, tall glass cabinets and stacked black ovens
  • Attic fitted out: exposed oak trusses, two roof windows, white balustrade around the stairwell, light oak-look floor
  • Walk-in shower with black fittings, glass screen, wall-hung WC and frosted band windows
  • Meeting room: long white table, chevron oak doors open onto a glazed corridor, oak wainscot

Three simple tools decide everything else.

Before the fine finishes come three checks we repeat at every stage of the job. Nothing spectacular. Yet that is where the difference lies between work that is acceptable and work that is done with care.

A renovated living room: green wall plumb, glazed door square, herringbone parquet level.

Level

Floors, worktops, lines of tiles. The bubble has to settle between its two marks before the adhesive sets.

Plumb

Walls, window frames, doors. A door hung plumb closes without forcing, this year and in twenty years.

Square

It is what lets a kitchen sit without shims and a tiled floor run straight to the opposite wall.

Every renovation trade, one team.

Five details you won't notice. That's the point.

Careful work doesn't show: nothing catches the eye, everything lines up. This is where we spend the time others save.

The floor joints run into the wall joints

It is settled at the setting-out stage, before the first tile goes down. The spacers do the rest, tile after tile.

Check it at home

Follow a joint with your eye, from the top of the wall to the floor. It should never shift.

What you can't see holds up everything else.

Beneath a bathroom's tiles there are four layers you will never see again. We lay them as if they were meant to stay on show.

  1. Tiles and grout

The only visible layer. It only stays beautiful if the other four are right.

  2. Adhesive

Combed in one direction, back-buttered for large formats.

  3. Waterproofing

A continuous membrane, reinforced with tape in the corners and around the drains.

  4. Primer

The bonding layer that prevents tiles lifting, long after the job is done.

  5. Subfloor

A screed checked with a straightedge, dry and dust-free before anything else.

The same living room, from bare structure to final finish.

March, May and June 2026, seen from the same angle. The rest unfolds room by room.

  1. Floor stripped back: two steel posts, wooden staircase on the right and a three-part window at the back

    BeforeMarch 2026

The floor stripped back, ceiling frame exposed.

  2. The painting stage: floors protected, paint pump and buckets, staircase with its railing wrapped

    DuringMay 2026

Floors protected, spray painting under way.

  3. Finished living room: rustic oak parquet, staircase on the right and a large three-part window at the back

    AfterJune 2026

The living room handed over: oak parquet, staircase, light.

Places transformed, room by room.

Your project takes shape in four stages.

We walk through every room together, checklist in hand. The job is finished when everything is ticked.

We only hand back the keys once everything is ticked.

Handover is done room by room, with you. Anything that isn't right is put right before the keys change hands, not after.

Salle de bain refaite en trois semaines, comme annoncé. Joints nets, silicones propres, et le chantier rangé chaque soir. Je recommande sans hésiter.
