The information sent through the contact form (name, email, phone, municipality and project description) and through the booking (the same details, plus the site address and the chosen time) is used only to answer your request, arrange the site visit and prepare a quote. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

A review left on the site (the name you give, rating and text) is published only after Start Services has read it. It can be removed at any time on request.

Only Start Services and the technical providers the site needs to run (hosting, database, email delivery) have access to this data. It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, to follow up the business relationship and meet accounting obligations.
